I am: weak but He is strong

EVERYBODY HAS PROBLEMS.
That is the truth that a pastor preached a couple of weeks ago in Maryland. It's also a truth for me: I have problems. My problems have been hitting me hard in the last month. It is so much harder being alone. Temptations come more frequently, depression stays longer, and thoughts linger in places where they shouldn't.
Things I need to work on (notes from the sermon):
- Recognize God is with me during tough times
- Not allow the difficult event to overshadow the process of life
- Commit myself to a lifestyle of learning & growth
While working through my situation I need to understand how I can utilize this tough time to my advantage:
- God lead re-direction
- Self examination
- Correction
I'm still going through this adjustment phase of transitioning to a new job, new environment, and new people. Things are still being put together, but I can feel God's presence working in my life. I believe God has set me up with a church here. It was such a divine sequence of events that lead me to this church and after meeting with them twice, I believe this is the place where I can serve God with my brothers and sisters in the Lord.
Maryland has brought me many blessings in my life. I wonder... Nah, I'll just pray about it and wait on God's timing.

Word up bro! That's most definitely stuff I myself need to do as well, constantly.
