Who am I?

Dad's surprise 50th birthday was a success! My mom had my dad go out with her to get stuff for her "farewell party." My mom then had her friend decorate the house and helped guide people to our house to set the surprise. Everything was going well according to my mom. However, as my dad was pulling up to our empty driveway, he sees his mom standing outside on our front lawn. My dad was confused; there was no reason in his mind for his mom to come to Fresno without calling ahead of time. Then he went inside with my mom and 40 people inside the house yelled, "Surprise!"

My dad really didn't know what was going on. My mom and I desguised the party as a farewell party from her old job. We said we need this and that. My dad even cooked to help prepare my mom for her party. I bet he was surpised when he found out he was cooking for his own party!

I'm glad it all worked out. The food was great, the program was meaningful, a lot of my dad's relatives were able to come, and everyone liked the video I put together. My dad was happy. He deserves it.

Sad thing is my camera is STILL in L.A. My grandma hasn't sent it back and it's been a MONTH! I miss my camera. But hopefully I'll be getting that new Canon Powershot TX1. I want to wait until more reviews come out at the end of this month when it's released and test it out myself at the store. I hear the video quality is a bit grainy. I don't currently mind about HD video.

• Thursday - ditch afternoon class to start spring break early?
• Friday - Spring Break; United in Worship @ 7pm

I can't wait for spring break! Finally a time to catch up on sleep. Ah...

Side note: BSG - I feel sorry for Baltar. He's trying to find out who he is, even to the point that he is accepting that he could be the enemy so that he can start his life over again. Despite all the horrible things he's done, he believes he's the victim.
