Who am I?

It's so different not having a place of my own. I'm still looking for a place to live here in Fayetteville, NC. Apartment searching is still going, but I have a couple of things that I want at my new place:

• Location far, but not far from work
• Gated community
• Reasonable cost
• Bathroom in room (I don't want to have to travel far to go to the bathroom at night, ya know?)

Safety is the biggest thing on my mind next to distance. Reports I've found noted a large number of vandalism incidents in the area. A gated community would provide a safer environment as well as piece of mind.

I hope to not be homeless by the end of the week. It would be nice to finally have a place of my own, my home.

On another note -
The weather here has been soggy: rain, cloudy, foggy; not much sun around here so far. I'm hoping the weather can clear up so I can take some nice pictures around post. It's so different seeing trees everywhere. So much different than California. I feel lost off-post because it seems that I already passed the same patch of forest several times. GPS isn't too friendly here. Have to go old school: paper maps.
