One day, a man walks into a dentists office and asks how much it will cost to extract wisdom teeth. "Eighty dollars", says the dentist.
"That's a ridiculous amount!", the man says. "Isn't there a cheaper way?"
"Well...", the dentist says, "if you don't use an aesthetic, I can knock the price down to $60." Looking annoyed the man says, "That's still too expensive!"
"Okay", says the dentist. "If I save on anaesthetics and simply rip the teeth out with a pair of pliers, I can knock the price down to $20".
"Nope, moans the man, "it's still too much!". "Well", says the dentist, scratching his head, "if I let one of my students do it, I suppose I can knock the price down to $10."
"Marvellous!", says the man, "Book my wife for next Tuesday."

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday! They were impacted and started hurting more last week. I'm glad to get those suckers out.
I liked being under deep sedation. Last thing I remembered was the anesthesiologist asking if I liked 80's reggae. I said sure. That was about 930am. The next I know I wake up with ice packs on my jaw wrapped around my head, gauze in my mouth, and my hunger pain being a very high number. This all happened at 11am. 1.5 hours from my life unaccounted! So freaky, so cool.
My current diet for the weekend is chunky soups, pudding, yogurt, and lots of ice cream! I'm going to be a big fatty after the next 10 days... The pain is bearable. The bleeding stopped a couple hours after the surgery. Just have to wait it out before I can start being active, again...

I... actually am unsure as to how to respond to this haha! On one hand... its like it sucks to get em pulled out, cause its a hassle (not to mention the pain heh).
But on the other hand... the way you wrote it made it sound awesome! Haha, I walk away from this WANTING to get my wisdom teeth pulled! Just to experience the vanished hours, and eat fun stuff for a week heh. =P
(Oh, and hey! I've used Drudge Report quite a bit since u first showed me it. Quite a useful thing indeed heh)
